Slam hunts

I’m sure this has been discussed but I can’t find it any where but if the final four of a slam decides to hunt a late how long is the late round and does the winner receive all the money or is a percentage given to all four dogs? Example: 1st 40% 2nd 30% 3rd 20% 4th 10%

* Late rounds are 1 hour. Finalist may hunt off if they choose or may split. Exception - Double header slams are automatic split - no hunting off.
* Registered dogs hunt together and Nitech/Grnitech hunt together in Champions category. Finals will be comprised of up to 4 plus point cast winners regardless of category.
* Wins are given to each plus point cast winner regardless of placement.
* No additional wins are given to dogs who hunt in a final.
* The top 3 plus point cast winners are eligible for Performance points if applicable.
* $20 & $30 Slams pay out 55% of total entry fees.
* $50 Slams pay out 75% of total entry fees.
* Double header Slams the cost to club is $35 plus $2 per dog in each round.
* Single Slams the cost to club is $25 plus $2 for each dog entered.
* If there are no plus point cast winners divide the payout equally between each entrant. Example for $20 & $30 hunts each dog would receive 55% of it's entry fee back. $50 hunts each entrant would receive 75% of it's entry fee back.

To determine payout of Slam events total amount of entry fees ___.
Take that amount ____ x 55% or 75%. (Formula to determine awards).
Pay each plus point cast winner their entry fee back.
Deduct this amount from total awards. This remaining portion is for the finalist and may be split equally or they may hunt for placement (except double headers).
* The percentages below are for the remaining amount of awards after casts winners have received their entry fee back.

4 dogs final round...
0 - 1 dog is scratched 40, 30, 20, 10.
2 dogs are scratched 40, 30, 15, 15.
3 dogs are scratched 40, 20, 20, 20.
4 dogs scratched or split payout 25, 25, 25, 25.

3 dog final round...
0-1 dog scratched 43, 33, 23.
2 dogs scratched 43, 28, 28.
3 dogs scratched or finalist decide to split awards 33, 33, 33.

2 dog final round...
0-1 dog scratched 60, 40.
2 dogs scratched or split 50, 50.

* If only 1 dog in the hunt has plus points in the early round it receives the total amount of awards.

*Dogs in the final round do not have to finish with plus points, their placement is determined by their score - all get $.

He was a question we had at our first slam hunt. In late round if 1 person wants hunt it off do you have even if other 3 dont? I know that way it is in pkc.

Unless a majority of the cast agrees to split the final cast must hunt off for placement. *Double header slams are mandatory split.
Most of the rules for slams can be found in the official rules book. The exception would be the new format that was implemented in January pertaining to registered dogs hunting together, Nitech & Grnitech now forming Champions casts, all plus point cast winners receiving a win toward their title and the allowance of double header slams. All the basic format of slams and payout is just like they have always been.
