Attn UKC: Clubs RQE Not Listed

Our clubs April 2 day hunt which is also an RQE was not listed in the March Coonhound Bloodlines. Who do I need to contact in order to get this corrected for Aprils magazine? It is listed on the website, but we would like to make sure it gets listed in next months book for people who don't check online.

Greene County Coonhnters, Brave, PA.
April 12th and 13th.

Joe you would contact UKC and hit ext for advertice/marketing. Could be it did not make it in time for March addition, hopefully they will put in April addition.

Hey Joe, the events were not confirmed in time to meet the February 1st deadline for the March Issue. Confirmation Forms were not received until February 4th. Unfortunately, this was after the deadline and after the UCE listing was already finalized and sent to publications. Most months we can still get event confirmations in the system, even when they are a few days late, but because of the department shutting down for Winter Classic the following week, the UCE was done asap after the cutoff deadline of February 1st.

Unfortunately, at this time the next issue being worked on is the May Issue.

Mr. Joe if you guys would post it outside on the sign or Facebook or where ever you may still have a decent turnout. I do t have anything I can get ready by then or I'd come hunt it. I may come spectate anyway.
