UKC Paper Work

I have a friend that finished out his dog two months ago to Grand Show Champion. He works during the day and asked if I would call and check on it for him. So I called UKC last Tuesday and they said it would be another 30 days before they would get the new program up and running. I was also told that they had not put any 2019 event winners in the system yet. Has anybody else had this problem. Looks like poor planning to me!

They could not start the new until they finished the old. They couldn't finish the old until the local clubs sent in the paperwork. What difference does it make? They will get it all straightened out.

This is exactly why they should still give receipts! Gonna be alot of dogs not getting credit for wins

These days everybody lives in their phones ( I do my best not to) and I've instructed participants to take a picture with their phone once everything is completed and possibly take a picture of the scorecard once deadline has been met. There's a booklet for documenting cast wins etc. that I've seen participants carry with them having the MOH/HD/BSJ sign and date the day of the event and winnings and club info. Seems like a lot of work, but then I use to see many participants NOT pick up or want the yellow win receipts that we use to give out.

Did the first hunt and show this weekend since the changes paperwork is a whole lot easier. Y'all knew there was going to be a bunch of dogs grandfathered in after the first going to take some time to get everbody their championship certificates. But hey ole blue with 10 -2nd place wins is now a ntch its all good.

Personally, I don't see the problem, isn't the wins website still running, you can check to see what wins your dog has recorded.
