Quit treeing

I have a male B&T that has been treeing and doing it well. I had to stop hunting for a few months. No that I have started back he will track and just sit at the tree or mop the track back and forth. Has anybody saw this or have any suggestions on solving the problem. Thanks for any info in advance.
