Minusing a dog in a hunt
I often wonder why people hate so bad to minus there dogs in a hunt if they do wrong. People talk about dogs slick treeing they will never quit as long as we make excuses for them instead of minusing them. One tree in a two hour hunt with a coon beats two trees one slick and one coon. Would like to hear some more opinions on this topic

I've been saying this for years. Most hunters would sooner tell you they caught their wife in bed with another man than say their dog is running junk.

Lmao funny those that deny the TRUTH will never own a top coondogs. Just look around at those you described and tell me if anyone of them has or has owned a top coondog! I believe I already know the answer. Dave

Therein lies the problem, and the reason they don't have and will never own a top coondogs. My hunting partner is one of the best coondogs trainers I have ever known, he has no problem with the TRUTH and his dogs are proof it works.I don't train, but I don't put up with nonsense in any of my dogs. I have hunted a whole season with a dog before it messed up and I was not fooled at all and corrected that problem. Let them get by once and it might happen again. Lol. Dave
