rule

If a dog advances in degree (reg. to champ.) and UKC has not notified the owner, can the dog still compete in the lesser class? What is the rule number?

If your dog has achieved a degree title, you can enter the dog in the proper class on a honor system. Your dog will not receive award for a improper class compeated in, otherwise you getting no All Star points but blocking someone else from the points.

Thanks for the answer to my question. We run a club award points system. If a dog runs in the wrong class and wins, that really messes up our system of points. your comment is well appreciated.
