Lost puppy papers...how to register?

When my litter of pups was born I registered the whole litter. I had kept back one pup but never registered him. I recently gave him to someone else and they are interested in getting him registered. I no longer have his registration application so how can the new owner go about getting him registered?

You, as the breeder, would need to fill out one of our Application for Duplicate Registration forms, which you can download from our website. Send the form in with $15.00 and we'll send you another set of puppy papers and you can sign them over to the new owner.
