Eventful Weekend!!!

Went on my first hunt in 3 months on saturday. I like the new hunt format a lot, Thanks Allen. I turned loose my walker female and the last time I saw her was when I cut her loose. Dogs had made some trees and I could hear her working a track. She was at the end of a ridge near some roads but hunt time was expired so I got back to the truck to go get her and the collar was not picking up. We went to the last place it picked her up at and still nothing. We stayed out til about 2 in the morning looking. I made a post on facebook about her being lost or stolen and it went viral from the shares. I got a call sunday morning at 9:30 when eating breakfast saying that she was brought to the animal shelter with all 3 of her collars on (name collar, track, and tone). I got to the shelter and I was told a lady picked her up on the road, turned off her collars, and drove her to a shelter because they thought she was gonna get hit. Im gonna have a little word with the lady who turned off my collars and took her to the pound, this stuff is ridiculous.

I had my dog pkuped on the road and had to physically yank my dog out of that person's vehicle.... Anyone that pkups a dog with gps collars and turns them off "is suspect".....u can't TRUST NO ONE !

Some folks assume every collar on a dog is a shocking collar and will turn them off so you don't melt ol Sparky when he's in the front seat of their Ford Focus.
Had a lady pick one of mine up once and turned the collar off because she didn't want me to shock it while she was fixing it biscuits in her kitchen. I watched it go to her house before the ? popped up so I knew it was there. I knocked and was ready to rip someone a new one, and this little old lady answered the door and offered to feed me the meal she had made for my dog!
