I have a couple big country pups I have been putting some time into and was wandering how others were doing

Pups

Nothing to get excited about yet but they are still very young. I have mainly been hunting my 10 month old out of bell. He will tree his own coon but he doesn't have much hustle yet. The main thing that worries me about him is unless it's a hot track he is almost completely still mouthed on track

You will...

They are mostly young yet. Give it another year. I did see where one won at the fall roundup I think it was. I am hunting one that is going to have the extra gear. She could care less about another dog. Her mother was the same way, so I can't give all the credit to Country. I hope I have some in the oven from another female. Too early to tell yet.

I do not own a hair on him, but in my opinion, he is bred as good or better than any blue dog alive. He has some things that most blue dogs are lacking. All this in a good looking package and with a super mouth. Not many like him anymore.

Keep me posted on the other female. If you like them the are the right kind.

You should look up Big Country Blueticks on Facebook. You’ll have to get approval to join. We maintain a fairly active group. It’s easier to post everything there.
The group is reserved for promoting Big Country and pups from him. Sale posts, political posts other than issues that effect hunting are deleted.

I talked to Larry Harvey last week about his Big Country pups . They are out of Honey female and they are turning the crank. I tried to buy his female but he isn’t selling . He really likes them.

I have a 10 month old out of Trudy X B.C. she has treed 10 coon this year ( by her self) nothing special yet but thier is a chance?

If anyone has a female from Big Country and Patch let me know!

I have a female out of my TRUDY X B.C. she treed over 60 coon before she was 13months old (by here self) split tree 3 time at baby stake ( 1den 2coon Limited hunting this season so fare I would never claim I new anything about breeding but All you folks that have a female going back to our old SADIE female might want to give BIG COUNTRY a try before its to-late JMO!

Mark is that Salin Sadie you are referring to?

Yes i would try anything that went back to Davis's White River Salin Sadie or ( DIZZIE ,Bocephus . blue, )
