I never g8ve lepto to puppies for 2 reasons. The lepto vac is the one most likely to cause adverse reaction in pups. You can easily research this by Googling. And my vet said he has never seen lepto in our area.
Those two facts makes it easy for me to leave out the lepto.

I've always did the 5 in 1 but just curious as to what everyone else does.. I know some that give just the 8 in 1.

I used to give the 8 in 1 + coronavirus so it was actually a 9 in one back then before the 9 in 1 or 10 in 1...

I prefer to give the 10 in 1 because it has the Corona vaccine...but just about everyone I know says the Corona has been eradicated...long story short I give the 9 in 1 at 8 weeks and another at 12 weeks...I bypass puppy shots...
