Nov 10, 2018 Benefit Hunt For The Family of Jennarae Goodbar

Jennarae Goodbar died Saturday afternoon when she chased her dog Cash out onto Route 60 in Rockbridge County.

She was training Cash outside her home when the dog took off running, according to family members.

A driver was unable to stop in time, killing both Jennarae and Cash.

"On day of service [Cash] will be placed in there with [Jennarae] and be buried together," Donna Jean Stuples said. "She bought her with her own cash. It was her baby."

"She will always be remembered as a sweet, energetic, dog loving, hunting loving little girl," a note on the GoFundMe page read. "A little girl who touched the lives of many."

They have two TT15 collars, several stud fees and one Walker puppy they are raffling off. Tracy has them listed on his BS Hunting Suply pg on Facebook.

Tragic. When so many kids won't leave the house and there electronics here is an outdoors girl gone before her time. Really sad!

Keep the Goodbar family in your prayers, they laid Jennarea to rest yesterday. They had asked for all the bear hunters to come and escort Jennarea to her finally resting place. From the videos posted on a Facebook there was well over 80 trucks with their bear hounds leading the way.
