I had a pup loose his voice for barking so much at 3 1/2 months old would penicillin work on bringing it back
Nope. He barked it out, not caused by bacterial infection.

Everyone's different, but a dog / pup that barks so much that he /she looses there voice doesn't stay at my house.
Thay will leave why before that.
