Making hunting memories

Last night my dad and I went hunting like we always do. Took two young dogs first, hunted them separately for two ditches each. Then went to the house traded out for the two broke dogs and took them for one ditch a piece. I am so very blessed to have my dad as a hunting buddy and also as my best friend. He is the best man I will ever know and has taught me more about coon hunting than I could ever imagine. I have 4 children myself. 2 girls and 2 boys. I am 30 years old , I hope and pray that My kids look at me like I look at my dad when they are my age. I am so lucky to realize this at such a young age and will take as many chances as I get to hunt with my old man to continue to learn from a man with a ton of knowledge, and to keep making priceless memories with my father and my best friend. Everyone remember, never take anything for granted!!!

Memories

Excellent post, I hunted with my dad as a young boy and cherish those memories. I wish he was alive to hunt with me now. Dave
