Bruce conkey alpha question

I'm trying to down load the free 1 yr Birdseye map to my alpha and it says it is down loading it to the alpha . But I am not getting it on the handheld what am I doing wrong

That answer is a little to complicated to explain on here. There are a lot of variables to the answer. My opinion is not to download it the the ALPHA but to a sd card in the alpha. There are several youtube videos that can walk you through the process.

Thanks. It looks like it's been downloaded to the garmin correctly. But I can't get it to show up on the garmin itself
