DNA profiles from different registeries

If a dog is DNA profiled thru CHKC or PKC can we send a copy of that dna to UKC with a fee and have it used in UKC, or do we have to just do a whole nother swab, send it in & wait months????

Start the DNA before the pups are born and by the time there 6 Months Old you should have it LOL.

Now that's the truth. Last summer I sent Shack's in July after paying up performance sire in June they didn't get it done till October. UKC apologized because it didn't get sent in to be processed until week before the world hunt in September. I missed out on a lot of pups being performanced because no one went back to pay up their litters, it will cause a big loss in performance $ in the long run for me and UKC lost out too on pups that were eligible but not entered in the program. I told them they need to send swabs in for processing once a week whether they have 1 or 50, hopefully they took my advice.

Same thing happen to me Jen, Big Money’s 1st two liters didn’t get paid up cause they was 7 Months Old before I got his dna back. They did wave the 6 month deadline on one litter but no one went back an paid them up.

I sent a swab in July 2017. UKC cashed my check and I have yet to receive a certificate as of today 3/29/2018. Bet I have called and asked about it 15 times. They always say they are going to send it out. I called again earlier this week. They apologized and said they would overnight it. They did alright, but it was for the wrong dog!!! Heck with it I'm goin fishin
