Tar, need a professional opinion

What's your ideal opposum hound? Long alligator snout that can pull em out of a hole or bone crushing bucket head?

They got to have an all grand pedigree those seem to make the best ones if you can keep the off of skunks long enough that smell intoxicates them lol.

Depends on how you look at things professional me nope sometimes you just learn to find enjoyment in things most look over. When you look up that tree yep there is a possum but instead of letting it ruin your hunt just look at all those beautiful stars and moon and all the life in the woods around you and be glad you are able to enjoy it that smile that possum has is for a reason lol.

Dave back when I had a job my body ached all night and day and I hated it !! Back at one time coonhunting was my job and I hated it !! Now I can go when I want to if I want to hunt all night or just for an hour that's ok if I tree a coon it's a bonus get to hunt with good friends it's a bonus or just set in the woods on a log and be grateful that I am still able to enjoy it people worry so much about owning a dog that suits everybody else that often times its one they don't like themselves ole slick he can be treed 120 barks a minute on the other side of red river with it rolling and I can call him one time and here he comes sometimes the good out ways the bad lol.

Yeah, I will have to say being retired has it's merits. I enjoy it, but still have the aches and pains, lol. Dave
