TT15 mini red light

I have a tt15 mini collar the power light is a solid red and will not shut off any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried to update the collar? You may also try resetting the collar. With the collar plugged into a power source, press the power button four times each time hearing a beep. If you have any other questions feel free to call me at 918-822-4067
