Do y'all think ole tar should be barred ?

For openly admitting he has never read the adviser vol 1 or 2 or the walk with books either never ever felt like I was in a situation that I needed either one.

I think that they should take your MOH license away. How can you rule on questions if you don't know UKC's official interpretation of the rules? Do you just make up your own? Have you also not read the official rulebook?

Rules are on the back of the card we did it for years without the advisor.

Are you one of those that uses the he advisor to gain an advantage to make up for lack of dog power.

Never have had a situation that I couldn't handle of th back of the card.

You could actually just have them handy to make an educated decision instead of a halfa@@ed decision. But I see you are feeling better this morning and on the attack.

No I am one of those that goes by UKC's rules and doesn't make up my own.
You have never needed an advisor because you already know everything.
And I am a coonhunter. I love being out in the woods competeing, not sitting behind a desk telling everyone else what they should be doing. Now, I am not saying that there is anything wrong with being the man in charge. Someone has to do it. I am just saying that is not what I like to do.

Now that we got those smartie comments out of the way lol. There is a method to my madness. The rules should be conformed in a way that everything you need is with you in the woods that's where you have to deal with it !! Instead of there is a question the judge says well in the adviser vol 2 page ? It says ............ And it is nearly opposite of what the card says and then the judge don't have an advisor to show them what he is talking about total confusion the other two $$$ kc's ain't got nothing but a card that's all we had back in the day and we did ok half the hunt directors don't even know the rules on the card much less two more books of stuff................. Just to decide who's dog treed the coon ?

Still got the cough and sneezing but the board was depressing me lol. But don't you think the rules need to be down sized a little bit I mean a card full and two books really and it contradicts itself multiple times no wonder these kids like the $$$ hunts it's simple and they don't have have to study a card and two books of stuff to keep from getting hosed.

Need to dumb it down a little jmo.

Tar, I have everything that I need with me in the woods. I have my brain. I have read the rules and the UKC advisor. Maybe we need a Tarbaby Advisor to tell us how rules should be followed.

If there are changes I hope there is something there for week day hunts . Most of modern day industry now is rotating shifts . I only get 2 weekends per month off so I can't always spend them away from my family .
The low numbers you see are the only ones available that choose to hunt UKC . The weekday hunts draw as many at the local level as the Weekend hunts . Tar I don't care if you read the advisor . If it can't be resolved on the back of the card there is a Slicksters on the cast trying to pull some crap .

Been my experience that the more dog power you got the less rules and adviser you have to lean on. I think the adviser was written by a guy that owns red dogs for guys that own red dogs just saying.
