Where can I get the official updated rules online?

I am trying to find the updated second edition of UKC rules.
All I can find is a 59 page rulebook on the website.
I want to read the newest edition. Things have changed and I need to take a refresher course without paying for it as I did in past.

Hopefully between the rules on the scorecard and a book of rules I will be able to get it figured out.

They'll give you a rule book with a bloodlines subscription but you have to pay for the interpretations of those rules(advisor). I always kinda shook my head over that one. Kinda makes sense if their rules need two extra books to interpret them they should at least send a copy to every MOH or one to every club. The MOH's around here never heard tell of the coonhound advisor lol.

Bad thing is I do lol.
I just want to read the section where it gives me permission to drive to trees. I hate to walk, I had much rather drive and get the shaft vs walk and get it lol

i read the driving to trees in the adviser.if i member right todd said it could be done if majority of cast agreed to drive to the dogs. also it could only be done twice in a cast .anymore than twice would be considered hunting from a vehicle . i think he used a couple of examples like dogs crossing a river and driving where you could cross a bridge . dogs going out of hearing over a mountain driving around and splitting tree points if you hear them . dogs being in danger close to a road. last example i saw in a post was driving around to the sambo dog in the r.q.e. the driving part was okay but time had expired before he was scored and by less than a majority of the cast.lol i have only done it once in a cast . 2 dogs had been scored and leashed . other dog was way threw the country 1.2 miles . we drove with in 300 yards of her . handler of dog thought by walking to her he could use all the time to kill the clock and win the hunt . i as a judge told him that by the rules if he wanted to walk in 10 minutes time out would be called and still leave 40 minutes of hunt time cause time out can be called going to split trees if no dogs are at large holding strike points .he won the cast anyway but we didnt have the long walk in rough country .lol

That's the problem or at least a main one that I see with UKC as a master of hounds for a long time now I have never seen or heard of the advisor until Allen informed me of it a couple years ago , I would think that UKC would at least send each club or at least their MOH a copy of it or put it right below the rule book online for all to see .

Go to the Main Page and click "Hunting" Then click "Coonhounds". Then on the left side bar click "Forms & Rules. Then under "Events" click on "Coonhound Scorecard (PDF). That will get you a copy of a scorecard with, of course, all the rules on the back of the card.

The adviser has no rules that are not on the card. It simply tells you how UKC interprets the rules. That's it. Its there so if you do not completely understand how to use one of the rules or exactly what it applies to.

Yes, Jim. I understand that. I need one to tell me how to interpret. Like the driving to tree

Advisor 2nd edition page 139.In a nut shell, you cannot hunt from motorized vehicles, mules, horses, bicycles, etc The key word here is HUNT. Looks to me that means you cannot follow the dogs around.
You may move around a section by vehicle to get closer to the dogs , For the safety of the dogs. There was a couple of examples given, but I'm a 2 finger typist and not going to type a page and a half. If this example happened more then once in a cast there could be reason to scratch the cast. If anyone needs more of an explanation buy the book.
Too me it states you can't drive to the trees. And if you drive around more then once you can be scratched.

By the way the Advisor 2nd edition was printed in 2010, there have been rule changes since then, but not to the vehicle rule.
