Please explain how a 3 judge panel picks a winner.

BUT How does a 3.... judge panel picks a winner in a BENCH show.

Each judge picks out a 1st and 2nd place dog ( on a piece of paper) then the dog with the most 1st place votes awarded the winner. (Or if a tie the dog with more 2nd place votes awarded the winner)? Would that work?

SIMPLE AINT IT

That works good if there were only 2 dogs ( king/queen) What happens if each JUDGE picks a different dog For 1st,2nd and 3rd THEN They all pick a different dog on each card for 2 and 3.
NOW SOMETHING ELSE TO THINK ABOUT registries that no longer have have B/SHOWS used that format AND on TOP of that A K C which holds the LARGEST dog show in the country uses ONE judge BET YOU WON'T CALL THEM A CROOK
SEE it don't make a hoot to me just for discussion, I have been lucky or unlucky enough to have judged in both formats. So there You go

All this raving over a 3 judge panel NO One has a reply over how it works. THEN why is it the answer for the bench shows. Come on now tell us how it works if it is so good. EVERYBODY wont's it but can't answer how it works?

I'd say the majority don't give a **** about the bench shows. There's why you've not got the answer your wanting to complain about.

Any complaining to do cause it don't make a s$$%^ to me either and as far as my thoughts goes that don't matter at all either. BUT I do think KevinP hit the nail on the head Majority don't give a ... about the bench shows. That is a fact just look at the local clubs around here don't even have them now. So this is a mute point really so MODERATOR delete this post as far as I go.

The panels I have been on we picked A 1st place and a runner up then you dont have ties No talking between judges during the show I always have agreed with the out come of the show when this systom was used.
