North Carolina state hunt and show will be held April 20-21

The North Carolina state hunt and show will be held April 20th and 21st at the Rowan County Fairgrounds in Salisbury, NC. There will be a hunt off between the two high scoring dogs from Friday and Saturday night hunts to determine the overall state nite hunt champion. The winner of this cast will receive $1000. The overall bench show champion will receive $250 and the opposite sex champion will receive $100. You must be a member of a club that is in the association or be an individual member to compete for the overall championship in both the hunt and show. Nice prizes will be awarded to everyone who places in both events. The schedule of events for the weekend are as follows, Bench show deadline on Friday is 6 PM with a $20 entry fee, deadline for the nite hunt is 8 PM with a $30 entry fee. On Saturday, the yearly NCCHA association meeting will be held at 12 noon followed by the bench show at 2 PM with $20 entry fee and the nite hunt deadline is 7 PM with a $30 entry fee. Clubs please remember that your club dues are $50 and have to be paid at the state hunt for your members to be covered. Please also provide a list of club members. Also individual memberships will be available for $20. We will also be holding our gun raffle again this year, we will be raffling off a Henry Golden Boy Coonhunter's Addition 22 rifle, tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. We will also be having our basket raffle again this year, we will have over 50 different theme baskets for you to choose to buy tickets for, these tickets are also $1 each or 6 for $5. All proceeds from these raffles go to fund our state youth hunt. As you can tell by the length of this post, that we will have alot going on at YOUR state hunt and we would love you have you and all your friends there. Please be making your plans to be there. Bench show judges and master of hounds are as follows, Friday April 20th, bench show judge is Curt Willis and master of hounds is Jimmy Newman, Saturday April 21st, bench show judge is John Seginak and master of hounds is Keith Houston.

Thanks Jeffrey but I had to thin way down when I got sick, now Aaron has a really nice young female out of Josie, I should have Scott Young there with Shine, had her in 3 hunts and got two 1st. Looking forward to seeing you guys.
