Looking a started dog

I am looking for a started dog. Would like to have a female or male walker but open to anything. Need to find one that is atleast going with dogs and opens on track and tree. I do not have many places to hunt, so I do not want a puppy to have to train. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it..
