puppy papers

I raised a litter of pups off my female but was out of town working when she had them. So long story short I had to rely on my girl friend to send in paperwork and fill out number of male and female. she made a mistake and I ended up with one to many male papers and short a female. What should I do? these pups turned a year old on Dec 1 the procrastination is my fault.

Send the extra male paper back to us with a signed statement telling us you need it switched to a female paper. Include the fee of $15.00 and send it to our normal address but put it to the attention of the Corrections Department.
