pm box full?

I have had two people try to p m and I get an e-mail that says my pm box is full when I go to my pm box there is nothing in it. Is there some thing else I have to clear?

I have cleared all my private messages. I didn't realize that there was more then one area to clear. Thanks for the help

All three categories

What most people miss is you have to clear all three options and clear them from the beginning.

Go to your user cp.
Click on Private messages.
Inbox will come up.
Go to left where it says "Show messages from" and click on "the beginning" Delete all.

Then go to Sent Items, repeat from the beginning and delete.

Do the same for Message tracking.

Only message from the last 30 days show when you first go in, so that is why you need to delete all three categories from the beginning to clear it up.
