Bruce Help PLEASE Garmin trouble

Hello Sir, I just updated my T-5 collar using garmin's web updater. It updated the collar to version 3.70 and now I can't get my 320 to pick it back up. I erased it and tried to add it back and all the 320 will say is ( can't communicate with collar) I've tried everything I know.can you help me?

Did you use a Mac or Windows PC to upgrade it. If you remember what the ID number was you can put it in manually.

Bruce unfortunately I don't know what the number was before I upgraded it. I uploaded it on a windows pc. I went back in and tried it again and still can't get it to load

Have you upgraded that 320 lately. I assume that was the 320 it was hooked up to OK before.

When you are trying to add it are you holding the off/on button down and putting it in the pairing mode?
