Help with Alpha/ TT10

My TT-10 tracks fall off. Every thing is set for two hours and all other collars will stay on the screen. Just my TT-10 will disappear once the screen goes dark or you move off the map screen.

You need to clear your track log out, more than likely it's full from previous hunts.

Track log are cleaned out. Like I said it only does it with my 10.

Have you updated the 10 collar lately? Go to dog list, select that collar and show info, press reset in bottom right corner. This will reset tracks and stats for that collar only.

I have updated collar and hand held. Still the same thing. If you keep it on the map and following that collar it will show the track however if you move the screen or zoom in or out it will not show the past track just pickup form where the dog is now.
