I picked up my new alpha from Brandon this eve I put battery in and put on charge has been an hour now and still showing 0 percent charged should it take this long to pick up atleast a little

.

Some of the ones that shipped a few months ago had their batteries in a deep discharge. After 24 hours on charge you should see 80-90% charged. Then after you use it and a few cycles of charging you should see it reach 100%

Ok thanks I loved at it this morning it had 91 percent on it

My alpha has lost all maps, still tracks dogs but no maps?

Select map then menu and then hit restore defaults. Should then be taken back to map page and have maps. If not then try menu again and look at the declutter selection and see if it is on or off. If it says on then that means it is off so select on to turn it on.
