Youth Spot Light Bench Show Question

Question on rule #3.
"Dogs can not be entered in a Youth Championship series show and a regular UKC licenced bench show hosted by the same club on the same day."

Is the rule pertaining to the YOUTH or the DOG.

Is the Youth not allowed to show in any other bench show event on the day of the Youth Spotlight show, or is the HOUND not allowed to be entered in a UKC show AND a Spot Light event.
This is very confusing. This rule will be very costly in the number of kids planning on showing if it is the HOUND.

We are having one after the Grand American and I want to be sure the kids can show even if the HOUND was shown on Saturday during the event by an adult.
