Anybody else have problems with young dogs chewing up dog house?
I have a young dog now and have had some in the past that are chewing their igloo dog house to pieces. I had one dog that chewed one in half. I give them chew ties and bones but they are still chewing away. Anybody else have this problem?
YES
Yes but they are Young and bored filled with energy try and exercise them daily/ wear them out and your problem will probably go away atleast for me It seems to work

I think I have the worlds worst chewer ever,,and she is 6 yrs. old,,been this way since I got her at 22 months old,,this year alone she has ate 2 dog houses in half,,and I mean completely in half,,and one house she badly damaged it,,I'm in the process of repairing it now,,plus she has chewed many water bowls up this year alone,,im gonna make one out of concrete next spring for her,,and I've had to replace many 2x4's in her above ground kennel,,she literally chew them in half and uses them for chew bones,,,lol.
I have to build a new kennel next spring because she has it in bad shape,,I just hope it holds out untill then,,WHY do I put up with it,,,and not send her on down the road,,because she is good,,and she has a place here with me for life.
