Who to breed my female to?

This female is turning out to be a real nice hound. She can burn a track, holds good pressure on the tree, and has a decent mouth. Every now and then she lacks a little drive but for the most part she gets gone and gets treed. I’d like to have a little more mouth in the pups. Im really considering crossing her with Batman. She’s not titled because I’m not much of a competition hunter, I just enjoy having a good coondog to go hunting with. I’ve put her in a few hunts with some success but it’s not really my thing. Looking to make some great pups though that will go tree coons.

Talk to Jeff Stafford about Tennessee Timber, he's close to you. Timber has a good mouth lots of drive and has his coons.
Another not far is Gene Raines Thunder.
Both are very nice hounds and winners that should compliment your female.
I know there are other nice ones but these came up quick.
Gene Hicks has some winners too that's not far.

I’ve been considering Six time from Gene hicks and batman. What do y’all think about those two?

IMO 6x would be a good choice.. 6x is reproducing well for the number of pups he has which I think is around 50-60 tops.. seems like it doesn't matter the female even brood bitches have reproduced well off him.. I've owned 3 off of him all have started easily and young.. I sold one of the females. And had one stollen.. n the other I still own she just over a year old. And going fine. Gene has AJ he's a dual Grand off 6x .. he also owns a litter mate to my young female he calls Gun, he's really cranking.

I've hunted with 6x a lot he's a country classic Coon dog. Cold nosed. Good track and tree dog. Tough old hound..

You would be doubling up Ryder.. and tripling up on the two time driving miss Ruby cross..

Or Gene has Albert II there if you want close as you can get to 2x. He's out of the Jill female your dog goes back to.. maybe to close idk.

Nothing wrong with Batman.. he's reproduced well..

6 time is at the top of my list and so is Loggins Mtn. Shotgun. Really impressed by what I’ve heard about gun. Gonna get in the woods with him next week and see for myself.

Only problem with going to Batman first then back to 6x is that 6x is getting up in age.. he's 9. So if you want to breed to him you better do it before it's to late..
