Athlete’s foot cream, jock itch cream, or monistat.

Look for something with Clotrimazole as the main ingredient.

Use Iodine or iodophor soap. Or just about any ear remedy.

Larry also keep your dogs in the sunlight as much as possible, that along with the medication heals faster. We did use iodine mostly on cattle. Never had it on a dog.

Cover it with used oil. Put on heavy once a day be gone in a week.

Doc's clean out ear remedy. Several coondog supply vender's carry it. It stinks pretty bad, so wear rubber gloves when applying it. Works way better (faster) than athletes foot cream etc..
I'm pretty sure it has sulfur in it.
I don't waste time with anything else.

Everything mentioned has sulpher except for the althletes foot medicine which has tinactin. The sulphur in the used motor oil is what makes it effective. Used oil also helps regrow the hair loss.

Revolution

There is a medicine called revolution you can get at the vet. It does not cost much. You snap the seal and put it down between there shoulders and it will kill ringworm. It is made for it.
