Can a pup?

Can you still performance a pup if it is just ukc registered and just wondering if the pup could be registered in pkc and pay it up in super stakes too

I'm pretty sure in UKC the litter has to be at least nominated for the performance program and in PKC both parents have to have been paid up in super stakes at the time the litter was born. I'm sure somebody with more knowledge than me will know for sure.

The female does not have to be superstakes.but she has to be Pkc registered and DNA profiled.
