Drivetrack mounts for utv

Anyone tried the handlebar mount or lighter socket mount in a utv

.

Ram Mounts make mounts that will hook up about anyway you want them to. If you want to use a U bolt mount they have them. If you want to use a mount with a plate and attach it with nuts and bolts they have that. Of course window stick on mounts and glued down mounts also. The trickiest part is finding the end piece that has the two different size balls on it. One end goes into the shaft of the Ram Mount and the other is sized to stick in the back of the Drive Track.
You tell me if you want to bolt it down or U bolt it down or how you want to mount it and I will show you some of the pieces you need.

Actually the same mount with an easy addition of the end section and it can also hold your Astor or Alpha.

We use it for trail riding along with vvmapping but the suction cup mount doesn't stick but it doesnt stick in my old beat up rough riding truck either thats why i wondered about the lighter socket mount ,i was thinking about making something that bolts or u bolt to the 2" tubing roll bar also,i have a old mule 2510 so its not as smooth a ride as the newer rangers, gators etc ,
We just got back from riding in Michigan and couldn't get the drivetrack to stay put so we put it away and used the alpha so we could backtrack out
So i guess the idea havin them both mounted in there might not be a bad idea

Joe i doubt the drivetrack is waterproof sense it has a mic, speaker ,and sd slot but im sure bruce will know for sure ,i know i need to get a protective case on it makes me cringe everytime it hits the floor of the truck and mule

I was wondering we thought about getting one for trail riding but I'm afraid of hitting a mud hole and splashing water.
