Looking for a Stud dog

Options as of Now. GRNT Goshen Moe, GRNT CH Hicks Rusty open to suggestions.
Will possibly be breeding NT Ch A&W'S Rough Cut Hope.
Hope is off of GRNT Ch Big Walnut Boone X NT Ch Back Woods Annie.
Annie was off Huey X Reckon.
Hope since last year has won
High Scoring Redbone Female At a Redbone Sectional Campbellsburg IN.
Placed 1st in a final four at Dupont IN
Placed 6th at 2017 Autumn Oaks
Was High Scoring Redbone Female 2017 Autumn Oaks.
Made NT Ch with two 1st and a 2nd.
One win towards GRNT
Money won 383.
She is Quick to tree. Runs track with a chop. Triple Chop locate. Hunted solo can be tight unless Red hot. With Dogs opens good. In Competition She is a average 2nd strike. Will get her share of 1st strike. She turned 3 in June. She needs no help to tree coons. Just looking to see what some others would be thinking. Not looking for arguments. Will delete post. Thanks in advance.

Lots of choices for stud dogs these days. First you have to decide if you want to outcross or linebreed. Then think about just what traits that you are looking for in the pups.
If you want to outcross, then make a list of studs that seem to be producing traits that you are looking for. Or look for studs that seem to have crossed well with females bred like yours.
If you want to linebreed then look for Pepper Ann studs like Gr Nt Nighty Night T. Or CD studs like Gr Nt Ripsaw. Or T- Top studs like well there are too many of them to list. I would call Mr Hyde and ask him what he thinks. He is a true expert on how to breed coonhoundss. He knows all about the Huey X Reckon cross.
Whoever you choose is a personal decision which requires a lot of time and thought and planning if you are going to do it right. You can't wait until your female comes in heat to start.

T is looking like a good choice now or maybe his sire Shock. It will be interesting to see how the Shock X Fancy pups turn out. As I have said before, there sure are a lot of choices.
