GrNiteCh Appel's Gunsmoke x NiteCh Blessing's Midnite Rage

Rage is a 3 yo Nite Ch with 3 wins toward gr. She has qualified for zones last 2 years with a 5th out of 92 dogs at the RQE in 2016 and was a Friday night cast winner at zones. This year was 3rd out of 46 dogs at the RQE. She wins by preferring to be by herself deep and good about having a coon when you get there. With all the talk about needing drive in blue dogs and especially females you won't find many with any more than her! Also has money won in $kc.

Pups were born 9/11/17. Have 2 females and 1 male available. Price is $300 and will be up to date on shots and dewormed and performance paid up on litter. Located in NE Missouri.

Pups

Pups will be 6 weeks old Monday. Been wormed once and about to get first round of shots. Pleased with how bold and outgoing they are already. I will try to get pics of what’s available next week.

If these pups have half the go that rage does their new owners will be thrilled. Good looking pups Henry and Stewart. Best of luck Hope you get them in the right hands they dang sure should be some winners.

Rage

Took Rage out for a short hunt to start getting her tuned up. Hasn’t been out since mid August or so. Ended up treeing 7 and Rage treed 5 of them. Don’t miss out on these pups out of a real nice female.

Rage

Henry took Rage to Palmyra and picked up her 4th nite champion win. Her 2nd night being out since having pups off of her. 450+ no minus on 2 first and first. Second coon was 3/4 mile deep. Everbody’s Looking for more drive. This ones got it.

Pups

Pups are all sold but let out a couple we’re keeping on a drag I laid in the yard to see what they’d do. 10 weeks old and never seen one before but tracked it to tree and got ahold of hide. I don’t usually fool with drags but has me excited to see what they’re gonna turn into.

Rage

Update on this litter. Rage was qualified for third year in a row getting a 2nd place out of 39 dogs at Kirksville RQE. That got her last win needed to make her GrNtCh PKC Ch Blessing’s Midnite Rage.

Pups are 5 months old and starting to get messed with some. Had reports of pups getting out 500+ yards already so looks like no shortage of drive. Looking forward to what summer brings.

Bear Creek

Rage has had a good week so far at the Bear Creek Classic with 3 cast wins so far and won the hunt off last night. How about those blue dogs!

Rage had a good week at Bear Creek Classic ending up with 4 early cast wins and won the hunt off Wednesday night. Congrats to Shawn Woods and his overall win with his blue dog Anna.

All Blue Hunt winner

Rage looked good at the All Blue Hunt Thursday night at Bluetick Days. Won her cast in the early round to make it to final four cast and came out on top


Been getting some questions about pups from her first litter. They are starting to get messed with some. The pups we have around here seem gamey, tree minded and independent and we are liking pretty good at this point.

Congrats on your win at the all blue hunt. I was told she looked tough and did it the right way-alone with the coon twice. My kind of hound!

Rage pups

I can tell you that her first litter out of Gunsmoke is 17 months and every female in the litter trees it’s own coon. One male in Illinois I’ve lost track of and the male I kept hasn’t been fooled with like he should have been but is coon crazy and super independent. Plan to mess with him a lot this spring. The female I have was hunted 95% on her own and only had 3 nights she didn’t tree coon all season. Hope to finish her out and get her to some hunts.

Rage’s Big Country litter is not quite 8 months and not old enough to make any determination but showing some promise.

Rage just won the PKC breed champinship. We plan to try and get her qualified for world hunt 4 th year in a row and maybe try to get one more litter on the ground and see how she reproduces. She’ll turn 5 the end of March.
