Alpha ?

I just got a new T5 collar, added it to my alpha. First night I used it I was looking at the map and it showed my dog & her tracks then it disappeared, when I went to the dog info and went to the map that way it shows her & her tracks. I deleted it off my alpha, but it back on there & used it tonight & it done the same thing as the first night. Thanks for any help.

If it goes off the map then go to the map menu and select restore defaults and it should show up.

Did it go away as you were zooming the map out? Sometimes with a lot of birdseye loaded there is a layering issue.
