UKC -HTX events

During a hunt test, is it permissible to use an ATV/UTV? I see on #10 is states that if a houndsman needs "assistance" you could. I also understand that you can't drive all the way to the tree. The question is, what are the specifics of "need assistance"? Could it be because it's 97 degrees out and you catch a heat stroke going 1.5 miles through a thicket and you use the bike to drive around it to get closer to your treed dog?
Or........ does it mean needing assistance because of a legal handicapped? This is a one hour hunt test.
Do you leave the "assistance " specification at the discretion of the handlers involved in the hunt test?

I asked this same question and the answer was an ATV or sxs can be used in a hunt test
