Need some help with a D.C. 50 collar

320 and D.C. Are updated and have been master reset. Collar will not link with hand held. Green light blinks slowly 3 times per sequence. Tried deleting and re-adding. D.C. 30 and D.C. 40 collars operate fine. Any ideas?

.

Do you happen to know the ID number so you can add it manually?

I would also double check your 320 and make sure it is updated. Go to your ABOUT page and see what update is installed. I can't remember the latest version but then go to web updater and see what it says the newest version is.

It's in the current version. I updated it yesterday. It is communicating with the hand held, but shows a question mark. Could the GPS antenna be bad?

I was thinking on the dc-50 you could hold down the button for like 15 seconds and it will reprogram. I have had this problem recently and I unplugged the battery on the collar for about 15 to 20 seconds and it straightened mine out and after that I made sure again it was up dated and it fixed my problem. Also I deleted collar from system and took batteries out of hand held while the batteries were unplugged in collar.

That's probably the one combination I haven't tried yet. I will do that tonight.

Thanks for the replies
