A I Vets - Collection

I'm in W.N.Y. so distance is an issue. My question is does anyone here in the northeast have any experience with either Galaxie Genetics in Ohio or Dean Bitzel in Indiana ? I've called Galaxie a dozen times & always get a busy signal. Bitzel is six hours away. Any help would be appreciated !
