Garmin TT 15

So I updated my alpha and my TT15 collar and went to update my other TT15 collar and garmin express picks it up and shows the serial number but says the device is not compatible with express and won't let me do anything. I did a master rest on the collar and my alpha picks it up but the garmin express still says it's not compatible. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Try using web updater instead of Garmin Express. Also you are using a windows computer instead of a MAC correct.
