Hunting tonight

So I have hunted Sunday,Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night this week. So I asked about going and my 9 year old boy said, "Daddy will you stay home with me tonight, I will share my popcorn with you". Needless to say, hounds are fed and watered and getting popcorn ready. Lol. Reality check, spend some quality time!!!

My son asked me to not go to a hunt tonight but take him to karate. So I figure I'll only have just so many nights of him being young. And my dog is old enough where she's pretty much the same dog every night, hunted or not. And I sure can't change much about her now at 8. There's always more hunts, but might not be more little kid time.

Hunting

Please enjoy your family's. There will always be a dog to hunt. Our children grow up so fast and we need to spend all the time we can with them. I'm willing to bet popcorn never tasted so good.

Well

We sat on the couch, made our popcorn. Ate maybe 3-4 handfuls and he said "daddy, mommy let's go to bed. Lol. But your right that was some good popcorn.
