TT 15 collar help !

Just got done upgrading my alpha and 1 of 2 collars , the collar I upgraded now when turned on rings like a phone for a second and then go's to a fast blinking red light ! What did I do wrong ? And how do I fix it ?? Thanks

One of two things.
Did you use a Mac computer?

If you didn't use a mac computer your holding the off on button too long a starting it up in pairing mode.

I did use a mac ! After looking at some back post I see that is no good !! Now what do I do ? Thanks for the help

Try and upgrade it on windows computer. Sometimes that will straighten them out.
