Cant download rules?

Trying to download the rules online and when I click on rulebook download it goes to a gray screen and never actually does anything. Anyone else have this problem?

Are you looking at it on a phone or computer? It's a PDF, so downloading will depend on your wifi connection speed or the data speed on your phone.
