For winning a world hunt !! And I thought in the 80's when I was getting $7.00 a possum I was getting rich !!

That is a Lot of coin, I'm sure somebody is gonna be grinning like one of those $7 possums when they win it. I still don't get how the are able to stay in business the numbers don't add up!

400 pre-entries at $250 is $100,000. They can pay that out easily. That's not counting another 100 that will pay $300.

The "U" could pay out a little

Saying $80,000 for the final cast got to pay guides , judges , cast winners and expenses but still should come out ok I would like to win it I never thought in my life time I would see that kinda money and all I got is a ten yr old one eyed foot in the grave dog lol.

Let's just use the numbers. Pre-entry is 275 and walk up is 325. Let's say 625 entries and the average is 300 that equals 187500. Sure would hurt though if only about 200 dogs showed up and the guarantee was 47500.

Dogs pre entered should already be paid. All I can do is dream but one of these days this old dogs gonna get off the porch and win all their money lol.

I just looked it up and the pre entries are
Monday 129
Tuesday 137
Wednesday 153
Thursday 148
That is a total of 567 pre registered at 275$ apiece
that totals 155,925$
There will be several that are walk up entries too,But there will be several that are entered all 4 nights that will get in and not have to use a few nights that they have reserved.

$275 entry you only got to beat 20 dogs at the most to get $50,000 pretty good odds.

Unless fire fingers conkey or hobo gives me a puppy or if one of these females comes in heat looks like I am about 3 yrs from even worrying about it but hey the world hunt may pay $100,000 by then.

It looks like several are going to make a whole lot of money, both organizers and hunters. But my daddy always told me that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer so I guess I am left out.

50K is not jack #### anymore that's like 5k was back in the 80s . and saying you won that 50k hunt means nothing anymore either its just not respected for what ever reason there is , there is supposed to be a 150k hunt next year with only 50 dogs allowed I believe ,now that may be interesting
