alpha question

sometimes when taking dogs in and out of box it will lock up and will not do anything not even turn off and on take battery out for bit and it starts working could corrupt data cause this and would a master reset help thanks for any help

Overloaded with DATA can do this or a weak battery. Strip all the old tracks including archived and the handheld tracks out of the unit.
My question is why are you adding and removing the dogs a lot? Just curious, looking for some more information.

Also there have been two versions of the ALPHA sold. One that came packed with the TT 10 and one that came packed with the TT 15. The older version had a smaller memory and when filled up with info, especially birdseye would do this.

thanks bruce the box came with tt15 collars i bear hunt with a group and sometimes i have to switch out other members dogs to track them i have two boxes a the other one has never did this
