chattahoochee national forest bear training season

I have been trying to get info on there training season and have found the dates and what you have to have to do it. But the one thing I keep running into that has me puzzled is that you can only hunt the national forest not the wma. Just wondering if there is anyone out there that can shine some light on were these places are at and if you can hunt all of the Chattahoochee national forest or if there is sections u cant like the wma's any info would be greatly appreciated .
