Bekinas boots

I never heard of these boots before. I am fed up with lacrosse rubber boots. I found Bekinas on Amazon, but what is the type you all use for hunting? Are they durable and comfortable? Do they run true to size or run small ? Thanks for the information.

Worst most painful boot ever put on !! If y.ou have any arch in your foot I wouldn't get thm they are light and durable according to others but the pain I felt wasn't worth any boots price I wouldn't wear another pair of they were free!!jmo

I have a pair I wear during the summer because they are light and my feet don't sweat as bad as the do in my quarto boots. Those are about the only plusses I can think of in these boots. As soon as the weather starts getting cold I throw on my quarto's.

If you want durabaliy and comfort, check out the Dans Frogger. Gel insole for comfort and reinforced around the heal for durability. Plenty of traction, rated to -20-70 degrees. I have wore them all summer and haven't noticed any more sweating than with any other boot. Size wise, if you have a wider foot you may need to bump up a size from normal.

Bekina Steplite X is the one you want . They dont get any better !!
I quit Lacrosse and Muck years ago.
Bekinas are Light, tough, comfortable and great traction.
I have 2 pair . If you wear a size 10 order a 9 . They run big.
I'd be surprised if you didnt like them .
I dont have the Badlands chap on mine but i will on my next set !!

I have a pair of Bekina's I bought at '14 Autumn Oaks. The boots still look great but the chaps are about worn out. They still don't leak but boy do those chaps look raggedy. These boots wear great, very comfortable and light weight. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair.

I do have a question though. Can anyone take my used Bekina's and sew another new pair of chaps on them? I hate to scrap them because the boots are fine, it's just the chaps are showing their age.

I talked to Kevin a few minutes ago and he said he has some left that were delivered to him at AO. He has about every size but 12. Not sure of the chap he has on the boot, best to call and talk to him.
He is asking $125 a pair.

Best boot ever

Posted by Randy Williams on 11-18-2016 11:23 PM:

You better try them on before you buy. I wear a 9 1/2 D in a redwing work boot, a 9 in Bekinas is too tight, a 10 fits perfect with some Darn Tuff wool socks. These socks ain't real thick. With bama socks, I can't get the 10 on. If you happen to walk a gravel road, the bikinas will kill your feet, but in the woods, dirt, grass, or even asphalt they are fine. A place that I hunt has a gravel road and that's a mile long, I have to walk the shoulder. Traction is the best I've seen and I've wore black servus, redball, lagrange, muck, & others over the years. I've got Badlands chaps and really like them.Got bekinas from QC supply online & Mr. Yoder sewed the Badlands on. No leaks at all & lots of times I'm in deep water. Got 110.00 in each pair. My feet stay warm down to about 20-25 degrees.
