Rule question

In a UKC nite hunt, Where in the rules does it state that it is not permissible to use a vehicle to get closer to the dogs if they have trailed or treed where they could be reached easily by driving?

advisor 2nd edition page 139 answer is no and yes i'm not going to copy it all out but my understanding is no for dogs on track and yes for dogs treed

from what I remember

from Allen's earlier feelings on this. If dogs are so far that it makes driving better, it is permissible. But, he stated that he feels that to avoid abuse, once is permitted without being scrutinized.
