Bruce C alpha ?

I turned my alpha on and the topo and roads are not on there . it tracks the dog just fine but no roads or topo. I bought it from you and it has worked great up until now. thanks in advance!

First go to the map page and from the menu select RESTORE DEFAULTS and see if it comes back. RESTORE DEFAULTS is on the second page so use your down button from menu page to get there.

If that doesn't do it then a master reset will. With the unit off put a finger on the upper top left of the screen and turn on with your finger on it. Your alpha will ask you if you want to erase all the user data. Tell it yes and continue. You will loose and waypoints or tracks you have saved and will have to add the dog back in, but it will bring the maps back.
