Sorry to hear Dean. Bubba lived a good long life, was the death of many coon and was no doubt a good hunting buddy.

Bubba was the best red dog I have ever hunted with. Turn him loose, get him off the tree with a coon every time!! Gonna miss ya old buddy. Spent a lot of nights with him. So sorry for your loss, Dean

Sorry for your loss Dean. I feel fortunate that I got to see him in action from the time he was a little puppy and throughout his life.
I remember you hunting him with Reckon night after night that first season, he wasn't more than a foot tall at the shoulders. He took to running and treeing like a duck takes to water.
He was a Natural Balanced Coon Dog night after night no matter what the conditions.
He will live on through his pups. Thank God.

He was an honest to goodness Grand Nite hound. Bubba was the kind of dog that if you needed to tree a coon in a blizzard you could take Bubba and he would get er done. He was a good one, Dean , I'm glad you got to own him for his entire life. Nice old dog too bad they can't live as long as we want.
